The Russell Family Foundation Welcomes New Program Associate for Jane’s Fellowship Program
September 19, 2025 (Gig Harbor, Wash.) – The Russell Family Foundation (TRFF) today announced that Nicollette Roe has joined the team as Program Associate for the Jane’s Fellowship Program (JFP).
A proud alumna of JFP Class 11, Roe brings a deep understanding of the fellowship’s community-centered approach. In her new role, she will support the day-to-day rhythm of the program, coordinating sessions and logistics while also helping to hold space for current Fellows as they deepen their leadership journeys.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Nicollette back to the TRFF family in this new capacity,” said Terrance McGehee, Jane’s Fellowship Program Lead, “As an alum of JFP, she understands firsthand the values of community, inclusion, and collective care that guide the program. Her presence and experience will be a tremendous asset to the Fellows and to our team.”
Roe’s professional background spans K–12 education, nonprofit work, and higher education, where she has consistently advocated for individuals and families furthest from access to quality education and supports. Beyond her professional career, Roe has been a dedicated community leader with a focus on civic engagement, supporting youth entrepreneurs, and championing joy as a strategy for resilience and sustainability.
“It’s an honor to serve a program that has given so much into me and my community,” said Roe. “I look forward to supporting current and future Fellows as they grow their leadership skills and continue making positive impacts across our region.”
