This article explores how the Russell Family Foundation (TRFF) has shifted its focus to tackle the climate crisis after 20 years of promoting sustainability. In 2022, TRFF conducted a thorough review involving staff and board members, realizing the urgent need to address climate change’s severe impacts. Motivated by this, we began exploring the possibility of committing to a net-zero strategy, reflecting our commitment to adapt to evolving global challenges.
