Welcoming our newest team member!

We are excited to announce our newest team member Terrance McGehee, a Program Associate supporting Jane’s Fellowship Program (JFP). A graduate of JFP Class 7, Terrance brings a wealth of skills from administrative management to facilitation and event planning, to firsthand experience as a fellow.

“We are thrilled to welcome Terrance to the Jane’s Fellowship Program team,” said Necashaw Montgomery, Program Manager. “His experience working in community, managing projects and events, and supporting equitable dialogue and facilitation will be great assets to the fellowship.”

In his role, Terrance will be providing programmatic and administrative support for JFP, including for the recruitment of Class 9 which is underway now with plans to launch a new cohort of fellows in October of 2021.

“This opportunity comes at the perfect time in my career as I seek to apply my skills in deeper service to my community and support JFP leaders in their efforts to do the same,” said Terrance.

Prior to his current role at TRFF, Terrance was a contract consultant for JFP providing facilitation for fellowship dialogues, events and retreats. Terrance also spent 16 years in general management in the restaurant industry overseeing operations, teams and employee workshops and trainings. Terrance is an active volunteer in his community having served as a workshop facilitator and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Tacoma Pierce County, a volunteer facilitator and speaker with Stand for Children, and board president of his community homeowner’s association.

Welcome to the team, Terrance!
