Alegra Bauder

Administrative Assistant

Alegra is the administrative assistant for The Russell Family Foundation. In this position, she provides administrative support at various levels and works closely with the Grants and Operations Manager, Janes Fellowship Program Officer, and TRFF staff. Alegra manages logistics and details for TRFF events, including board meetings, retreats, events for fellows, and more. She joined the team in 2024. Before her work with the foundation, Alegra worked at Steel Creek in downtown Tacoma as the Head Hostess. Alegra also lived in Puerto Rico for two years, where she volunteered for local animal rescues. Alegra holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of San Francisco. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs and mountaineering in her free time.
