Terrance McGehee is a Program Manager for The Russell Family Foundation where he supports community leaders in Pierce County through Jane’s Fellowship Program (JFP). Terrance is a graduate of Class 7 of Jane’s Fellowship. Prior to his current role with TRFF, Terrance was a contract consultant for JFP providing coordination and facilitation support for fellowship dialogues, events and retreats. Before joining the TRFF team, Terrance spent 16 years in general management in the restaurant industry overseeing operations, teams and employee workshops and trainings. Terrance is an active volunteer in his community having served as a workshop facilitator and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Tacoma Pierce County, a volunteer facilitator and speaker with Stand for Children.
