Britta Francesconi

Administrative Manager

Britta is the Administrative Manager at The Russell Family Foundation, where she provides support to its programs, staff and board. She manages a range of projects and events at the Foundation throughout its departments. Previously supporting the Foundation through a role with Frihet Group LLC, Britta now comes to TRFF in a full-time capacity. Prior to this work, Britta served in the private sector in sales and event planning. For the past three years, she has also worked to develop the 12th Street Festival at her sons’ school. The Festival raises money for classrooms and programs while building community. Britta holds degrees in history and Spanish from the University of Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing and mountain biking with her family, cheering on the Huskies and volunteering.
