Terrance McGehee is the Fellowship Program Officer for The Russell Family Foundation where he supports community leaders in Pierce County through Jane’s Fellowship Program (JFP). Terrance is a graduate of Class 7 of Jane’s Fellowship. Prior to his current role with TRFF, Terrance was a contract consultant for JFP, providing coordination and facilitation support for fellowship dialogues, events, and retreats. Terrance is an active volunteer in his community, having served as a workshop facilitator and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Tacoma Pierce County, a volunteer facilitator and speaker with Stand for Children. With 20+ years of experience in management and management training, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this role. Professional services include facilitating workshops on Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, Comparative World Views, group facilitation, and communication style. Terrance is a Birkman Certified Professional skilled in delivering The Birkman Method assessment and facilitating individual or group conversations around maximizing the full potential to promote productivity and healthy professional relationships in the workplace and beyond.
