Eric is a key partner of The Russell Family Foundation where he serves as the Director of Finance. His role involves maintaining and reporting on the Foundation’s financials, overseeing the budget process, monitoring cash flow, and coordinating the annual audit and tax return process. Eric began working with the Foundation in 2009 when he was with a multi-family office, which was owned by the Russell family. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with Russell Investment Group. If you’re sensing a trend, it’s why Eric has referred to himself as a “Russell Family Groupie”. In his spare time, Eric enjoys golfing and cheering on the local sports teams (both of which can be incredibly frustrating). He resides in Port Orchard with his wife Lisa in an empty nest since their son Ben began college.
